Lark
International Holdings Limited (LIHL) is a medium sized multi-functional
group originally founded as Lark International Limited in 1963 in
Hong Kong by Mr Ira Dan Kaye, a prominent US businessman in Asia.
Mr Kaye passed away in June 1999.
The
Lark Group business activities were restructured in mid 1999 and
the businesses continue with LIHL as the operating holding company
which is wholly owned by The Lark Foundation, a trust established
by Mr Kaye's family and friends in memory of Mr Kaye and to perpetuate
the business activities and the visions of Mr Kaye.
The Group has a number of sub group holding companies which own
and operate different functional business activities which are as
follows:-

Property
Food and Beverage
Investments
Lark takes an Asian attitude to business, both cooperative and paternal.

Lark
has been instrumental in establishing a number of joint ventures
for foreign companies which included assisting a North American
company to establish a US$150 million joint venture in Southern
China, and will continue to seek opportunities in these areas.
