Mr. Stanley Ko / BBS, JP
- Chairman

Having worked for Jardines for over 40 years, Stanley is the Chairman of Jardine Airport Services Limited and Boyden (China) Limited as well as a board member of The Link Management Limited; SW Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited and China National Aviation Corporation (Group) Limited. He shares with the Lark Group extensive corporate management experiences and social connections.

Mr. Bryan Wong / MBA, MSocSc
- Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer

Bryan was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and Director, Operations Services of Hong Kong Disneyland prior to joining the Group in 2008. He has master degrees in business administration and social science.

Mr. Ian Harrop / B.COMM, CA
- Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining the Lark Group in 2000, Ian spent 17 years as a Chartered Accountant in public practise advising on the Canadian taxation of trans-border transactions for clients primarily from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the PRC. As part of that practise, Ian advised on acquisitions, divestitures, syndications, trusts, and corporate restructurings. Ian is now overseeing all financial matters for the Group.

Mr. Michael Chan / ACA,CPA
- Non-Executive Director

Educated and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom, Michael had worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers before joining the Lark Group in 1983. He was the Finance Director before he left in 2004 to take up an executive director role in an affiliated company and retained the non-executive role in Lark since then.

Mr. Robert Chan
- Non-Executive Director

Robert Chan is a commercial lawyer with over 30 years experience in both Hong Kong and the mainland China. He was educated in Hong Kong and the UK and has legal qualifications in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and England. He is a China Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by the Ministry of Justice, People's Republic of China, since 1995. He is also a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a consultant professor of Beijing Jiatong University (since 2001). He sits on the boards of corporations engaging in different businesses and non-profit making organizations.

Mr. Patrick Wan / FCPA, FCCA, CGA, MBA
- Non-Executive Director

Educated and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant and has a master degree in business administration, Patrick has broad commercial and operational experience in Hong Kong, China and Canada. He rejoined the Group in 2006 and became the Chief Financial Officer before taking up director role in associated companies including the non-executive role in the Group in 2009.
