Through a wholly owned subsidiary Lark International Dairy Holdings Limited, the Group holds the following:-

(a) A wholly owned dairy farm and milk processing, formulation and packaging plant in Guangzhou, China.

(b) A 32.5% interest in a milk processing, bottling and packaging plant in Hong Kong.

Canton American Flower Lounge Livestock Company Limited (CAFL)

This is a vertically integrated dairy business that ensures delivery of high quality fresh milk to its consumers in the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong. The farm is located on an 80-acre site in Guangzhou and has been ranked the largest single privately held dairy farm in China.

Approximately half of CAFL's raw milk is exported to Hong Kong, mainly to the processing plant there. The balance is used by it's local processing plant to produce fresh milk, long-life UHT milk, flavored milk and yogurt products, which are marketed under the famous and highly regarded "Flower Fresh" brand. This is complemented by a second brand, Fresh' N Healthy that was launched in 2003.

The Hong Kong Plant

The Group has management responsibility as well as being the largest shareholder of The Trappist Dairy which is an international standard milk processing plant in Hong Kong.
