Dedication to Corporate Citizenship
The Lark Group is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen by putting resources into various corporate social responsibility initiatives and community causes related to community work, education, culture and art development that benefit local youth, disabled, silver-hair group and ethnic minorities, etc.
The Lark Group partnered with various social welfare organisations for good causes, such as movie screenings in collaboration with Hong Kong Society for the Blind, SPCA, Hong Kong Neuro-Muscular Disease Association, Heep Hong Society, UNICEF and Mak’s Academy, etc. The Group has been using UA IMAX@ Airport since 2015 to pilot the CSR programme by offering sponsorship for schools, NGOs or other social welfare organisations to make use of the cinemas for students or the under-resourced, encouraging them to continue learning outside the school campus through movie education and field trip.
The Lark Group understands the importance of all-round development of the younger generations and helps to expand the horizon of our youth by offering students diverse learning opportunities through initiatives such as supporting YMCA’s “All Schools Mini-movie Competition” since 2013 and provides a broader platform for young talents to showcase their works and pursue their filming dreams.
