Talent Development

Business Associate Programme

Talent management being a key cornerstone of the Lark Group's sustainable development, the group launched the Business Associate Programme in 2015 to provide intensive and comprehensive on-the-job training programme for a new generation of future professional executives.

Comprehensive Development

The 18-month programme provides Business Associates (BAs) an enriched and plentiful learning opportunity.  By rotating to different core departments during the programme period, they are able to gain insight into different business functions and the corporate culture, which also prepare them for the future professional development.  In addition to on-the-job training, BAs have opportunities to interact directly with top management through participating in management meetings and corporate presentations.  Each BA will be assigned a mentor from a member of the senior management to provide personal guidance and professional advice, as well as monitor the progress and performance.  After the completion of the programme, they will be assigned to a department based on their preferences and capabilities. Please contact Human Resources and Administration Department at hr@lark.com.hk to find out more.
